In just a short period of time (5 months) from joining up with PHIT I was able to drop around a stone & a half.
Joining not just a gym but a community where every single coach pays attention to each detail especially if you’ve mentioned about any injury or discomfort they always follow up the next sessions to check how you are & will tailor certain exercises if needed.
They push you to limits you yourself may not see but all while properly coaching you through it all. Can’t speak more highly of them. Highly recommend if you need that extra push & knowledge

Absolute love this gym. Been here now for about 4 months and it’s been the best journey for me. After doing the 8 week programme I have lost weight and inches which I was very happy with. I’m also noticing a change in my body shape and just feel a lot better within myself.
It’s such a nice atmosphere when walking in and you just feel so comfortable.
I’ve now joined PHIT permanently and continue to train and work hard. The coaches are all amazing and are always there to help and encourage me when I need that little push.

Tom and his team of expert coaches work you hard but always within your limits, they will encourage you to push yourself at every session with motivation and encouragement. You will always get help to develop your technique so that you get the most out of every set and to avoid injury.You also get fantastic help with your nutrition if you need it. It’s an academy that suits all levels of fitness and abilities for all ages.
The academy has witnessed some great enhancements over the last few months with new equipment, and an area to have a chat and a coffee after your workout if you want one. It’s a really friendly atmosphere, we really recommend that you should give it a go, you won’t be disappointed honestly.

Simply the best! I joined when I first moved to Birmingham and wanted to get some help with my fitness, I got that and more. It’s a community and has well structured plans to get you to your goals. Great place to work out. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere which is in my opinion the best attribute for any gym. All fitness levels accommodated for. Knowledgeable and encouraging coaches.
