I’ve played sports and been members of various gyms for a very long time, but I was only ever really going through the motions with no real drive or goal. Last January, I was at the heaviest I’ve ever been, felt very lethargic and overall, didn’t feel great: I knew I needed to make a change.
A friend of mine, who was already a member, recommended PHIT to me. Since becoming a member, not only have I loved training and playing sports again, but it has had a huge positive impact on my overall health (mental and physical) and life outside of the gym. The attention to detail and guidance from Tom, Billy and the team have shown me what I can achieve and how I can there through eating (lots of) good food and a targeted, progressive training program.
The team ethic and purely supportive environment is what sets PHIT apart from any other gym I’ve been a member of. No matter your level of experience or confidence when it comes to training, if it isn’t the coaches helping you, then it’s one of the more experienced members, as everyone is likeminded and are all there for the same reason: to make a positive change to their lives - that has helped push and motivate me during every session and want to keep coming back
